Outdoor Summer Yoga is infused with Essential oils as a gentle way to relax, feel refreshed and connect with nature. Practicing beneath the open sky, warmed by sunlight and inspired by the breath of the wind, it's an easy and peaceful way to feel good in your body and enjoy the Season. Lavender helps you calm, Peppermint clears your mind - all while you move and breathe. The earth offers grounding, the sun revitalises us, and the surrounding sounds—birds, leaves, distant laughter—become part of the practice. In this Season of fullness, summer yoga outdoors is not just exercise; it is a return to the elemental, a way to align with the natural pulse of vitality and presence.
