  • Little Forest School

    Karen and team run forest school sessions on week days for children aged 2 to 5 with their parent or carer, and also workshops in the school holidays.

  • Green Woodwork with Kent

    Kent Thodsen leads regular weekend workshops for individuals, families and weekly classes for home educating young people.

  • Schools without Walls

    An outdoor education organisation based near Lewes, who can run curriculum based courses for schools here at the Wood, as well as popular creative workshops in the school holidays.

  • Katy & Wise Herb Collective

    Katy heads a team of Holistic Health practitioners who work from her Health Hut and offer seasonal workshops around the woods.

  • Flint and Fern Forest Kindergarten

    Lottie will be opening a forest school based kindergarten in the woods in September 2024. She also runs wonderful craft activities in the school holidays.

  • Bea Everett Music

    Bea runs weekly groups for under 5s and also leads the Wilderness Wood Community Choir.

  • Blackbird Arts

    Adele Scantlebury, Martin Brockman and Simon Page make up Blackbird Arts - they run a number of workshops here throughout the year and have a hand in many of the art installations you will see around the wood.

  • Rooted Therapy

    Helen runs a range of therapeutic services for adults and children, as well as a range of therapeutic wellbeing workshops, which you will find on our What’s On page.

  • Jennifer Moore

    Jennifer runs weekly art classes for home-educated youngsters, as well as some wonderful workshops in the school holidays. She has also published a spotter book of Wilderness Wood birds.

  • Gazza Butcher - Primal Trail

    Gazza runs bush-craft and survival courses here at the wood, bringing a wealth of experience and real passion for his work.

  • Qi Gong - Rowana Mladek

    Weekly Qi Gong classes from April to October - outdoors whenever possible.

  • Yoni Suissa - Potter

    Yoni is a potter and maths tutor (among other things) - he has also written a blog about his experience of learning to timber frame.
