Members can hire woodland spaces for their own gatherings.
Hire The Cookhouse up top or spaces further out in the woods for workshops, children’s birthday parties and family gatherings. Although rural, we have a residential home-team and neighbours who live all around the perimeter, so noise is always a consideration. Bookings are taken at our discretion. Details of the various potential spaces below.

Under Oak
The structure can be used to host a daytime party or workshop and residentials for educational groups. It has s a fire-pit, grill, long table and benches, compost toilet and amazing views.
It is a 5-10 minute walk from the courtyard and carpark (with access at nearby at West Gate to drop off stuff). It’s perfect for family, friends or educational groups of up to 15 people.

Woodglade
A sheltered fire circle down at the bottom of the woods.
Used for meditation, bushcraft and family parties
Fire pit, grill, circular seating, earby compost loo and a feeling of seclusion.

Cook House
Our beautiful outdoor kitchen and eating area right at the top of the woods.
Under cover seating for approximately 20 people with room for more around the edges. Circular fire-pit, long BBQ, pizza oven and washing up facilities. Near the children’s play area, toilets and Hatch.

Story Telling Circle
Used regularly by our forest school this area has a long table with benches, a fire-pit and is only a 5 minute walk from The Hub and toilets.

Owl Wood
A fire circle beneath the conifer trees. Suitable for workshops and ceremonies. 15 minutes walk from the main hub and 5 minutes to the closest loos at The Bath House.

Lower Paddock
A tiered paddock close to The Bathhouse suitable for pitching tents. Available to hire for member groups and those attending workshops and events at the wood.
