A sacred pause.
A remembering of you.
This gentle, creative workshop is an invitation for mothers to turn inward — to get curious about your own dreams, joys and longings, and to re-anchor into your Self beneath the roles you hold.
With Lizzie Clark — Artist & Therapeutic Coach
Sunday 15th March | 10.00am – 12.30pm
Over 2.5 unhurried hours, we gather in circle to honour both Self and Mother. We begin by grounding into the body, softening the noise of daily life. From there, we gently unearth what makes your heart and mind come alive — your values, desires and quiet inner wisdom.
You’ll be guided through a relaxing and inspiring process of collecting images, creating a personal vision board, and consciously weaving intention into your artwork. No artistic experience is needed — just openness and curiosity.
You’ll leave feeling re-centred, clear and connected, carrying a meaningful art piece that reflects where you are now and what you are ready to grow into. Held just one week before the Spring Equinox, this is a potent time to plant intentions and prepare to birth what longs to emerge.
“Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love.
It will not lead you astray.” — Rumi
