In honour of the upcoming Summer Solstice, we’ll gather in the woods and around the fire for drumming, guided meditations, energy clearing and soulful connection to the powerful Sun. Our intention will be to ignite our own inner spark and tune into our Solar Plexus, the energy centre linked to strength, vitality, ego, willpower, stamina and inner power. Sally Davis is an Accredited Meditation & Mindfulness Coach with a passion for Shamanic practices, mindfulness, meditation & energy work. She uses gentle tools to help you create change and accomplish peace and purpose. She is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and has completing training in Shamanic Journeying, Heart Healing, Drumming & Power Retrievals.
