Qi Gong on Wednesday morning at 9.30 and Friday at 7am - no need to book.

The Hatch will be stocked with local ice creams and refreshments, and you are welcome to bring a picnic (please be sure to take all your rubbish home with you). Friendly dogs also welcome.
