Join Jemima for a Christmas gift making day at the woods.
Spend the day making 4 jewellery items in brass and copper using various techniques. ~ 1 leaf ring, ~ 2 pairs of dangly earrings (ear hooks made from sterling silver wire) ~ 1 pendant on a chain.
The cost of the day is £99 with all materials included. If you bought the equivalent pieces directly from Tinker Taylor Jewellery as gifts, they would retail at £145. There will be room for your own creative ideas to come through whilst working on these set pieces and we’ll also be looking at how to batch produce effectively, getting you ready for when you set up your own jewellery workshop!
This course is for adults and young people aged 12 +. Under 18's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Bring your own packed lunch and favourite snacks. I’ll provide tea, the hatch provides cakes and coffee!
Please remember that this is a workshop environment, so make sure to wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a bit grubby and suitable closed toe shoes. I will provide all necessary PPE. Don't forget your glasses if you need them for up close work!
