Join facilitator Jas Tribe in the Woodland Glade for a workshop for practising Active Hope. You will be introduced to- and guided through the ‘Work That Reconnects’, a group process designed to energise and strengthen us to take part in the healing of ourselves, each other and our world.
Together we will explore grounding practices, sharing and listening in pairs and with the wider group (max 12 people), gentle movement, nature connection, journalling and imaginative practices.
