Introduction to lifestyle medicine with Giles Hazan
An interactive, walking workshop to explore the science behind how factors such as sleep, stress, diet and physical activity affect our health and wellbeing and how we can start to apply some simple changes to our lives to help us promote good health and wellbeing.
Dr Hazan has worked in the NHS for over 16 years with a particular focus on how lifestyle factors contribute to some of the most common health problems including pain, depression, fatigue and anxiety amongst many others.
Timings: 10am-12.30pm – meeting at the Cook House.
